School Districts
More and more school districts are turning to Freeman Public Affairs to help them gain public support for bond issues and Utility User Taxes (UUTs) to finance badly needed improvements to buildings, classrooms, tech labs and recreational areas. Our message to voters is that:
- Our children are our future and that districts must find ways to engage, educate and inspire students with up-to-date technological tools and nurturing, stimulating learning environments.
- Districts need public support to provide the early intervention tools and programs necessary to stem the alarming dropout rate.
- Safe, well-maintained and inviting learning environments build productive citizens, who can take care of themselves, their families and the country.
- Neighborhoods with respected school districts maintain high property values and encourage economic stability by attracting more revenue-producing companies with high-paying jobs.
- Putting money in school districts makes neighborhoods safer with kids in school, not in gangs.
- School districts are a core source of community pride and the key to a higher standard of living.
