Education
It’s hard to find citizens who say they’re against education but school bond measures are another matter. Freeman makes the case for school districts in terms voters can understand, showing what has been accomplished in the past and what residents will have to show for their taxes in the future. What’s more, we put education in the much larger context it deserves, that even residents without children can appreciate:
- Our children need the best possible education to become knowledgeable, productive, self-sufficient citizens to compete in the global marketplace and to maintain our democracy.
- High-caliber education translates into higher property values, more economic stability and safer neighborhoods.
